3. Domain and service

Maritime Intelligence S.L.U. is the owner and operator of VHF14 and the domain vhf14.com. VHF14 provides structured port-call information and professional contribution tools during a controlled free beta.

4. Intellectual property

The VHF14 name, visual identity, software, structure and original website content are owned by or licensed to Maritime Intelligence S.L.U. Third-party names, marks and source materials remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Permitted use

Users may access the service for lawful professional and informational purposes. Unauthorised reproduction, automated extraction, interference with the service, misuse of data or attempts to identify protected contributors are prohibited.

6. Operational limitation

VHF14 is not an official VTS, port authority, navigational, safety, emergency or traffic-control service. Information must be independently checked and must not be used as the sole basis for navigation, manoeuvring, safety-of-life decisions or regulatory compliance.
